PLA, cork board, botanical pins, modeled in Blender

Seeds of the Future is an exercise in creative imagination. The project envisions how seeds might look in a future of space colonization. Drawing inspiration from extant botanical specimens, Tessa Makai and Joseph Anderson collaborate to create these Seeds of the Future.

Each piece was sculpted in Blender and printed using a Prusa printer and PLA filament. The final presentation mimics botanical and entomological specimen display, bringing the theoretical and digital into the physical world.
