Self Care Cards began as a social media campaign proposal. Conceptually inspired by the amount of harsh imagery that is available constantly online and in the digital sphere, the project aims to provide a meaningful counterpoint with approachable suggestions for a moment of care. In the format of vertical gifs, each message can be sent, posted, or shared in a myriad of ways, and in the process, perhaps bring some joy or a smile to someone’s day.
